我們的團隊致力從可靠的來源取得參考資料。我們會採用的資料來源,包括但不限於:

第一手資料 - 我們會儘量參考一些樣本數合理地多和設計比較嚴謹的臨床研究。有些領域的研究結果比較少,則會酌量參考小型研究和先導研究的結果。

第二手資料 - 我們主要利用Google學術搜尋、大學圖書館目錄和PubMed搜尋各種研究結果。另外,也會參考文獻回顧、文獻綜述和統合分析的結果。

第三手資料 - 我們會參考醫療、營養相關書籍和資料庫(如:UpToDate、Natural Medicines、BMJ Best Practice)中的資料。網站方面,我們儘量只採用政府機構、大學和醫療機構等具權威機構網站上的資料。
